The waist trainer itself is constructed from a latex core with a soft cotton exterior and interior lining. It fits your waist, extending to the upper abdominals. Two columns of hook-and-eye closures allow you to size the garment for a comfortable fit. Flexi boning anchors the cincher and prevents migration. 
To ensure accurate sizing please measure your waist. To get a proper waist reading, measure across your belly button (navel) as this is the smallest part of your waist. Once you have your measurement match it to the size chart and choose a size.
